Please make shore area that is to be cleaned is free from items that won’t like being wet or could be affected by the cleaning materials. Ie. TVs, Radios, Couches, Clothing, Books and Paintings. But if you unsure please cover it or remove it before the arrival date.
Make shore all external electrical outlets are weather proof.
Payment is required when job is finished – please make sure you are reachable on the day of work as we will be calling for payment.
We cannot be held liable for any damages to items that aren’t weather proof or have incorrect coatings. This will also include power loss
All work carried out using pressure cleaning even on concrete and other surfaces can be abrasive and will be done at owners risk.
If you wish to change the date or cancel the service please ensure at least 24 hours notice is given.
As if we arrive and the job is cancelled there will be a $110 cancellation fee.
